Cinnamon Club Saturday Feast

Cinnamon Club are well and truly the “maharajas of meals” when it comes to Indian cuisine, and they’re now spicing things up (Indian-themed pun definitely intended) with the launch of their new Cinnamon Club App!

Indian-born and Adelaide-trained, restaurant owners Harsh Kumar and Jwala Singh have transformed Cinnamon Club from a once modest place tucked away in a Norwood laneway into a booming chain with three locations across Norwood, Hyde Park and Henley Beach.

In celebration of their exciting new digital venture, Cinnamon Club treated guests to a Saturday feast canapes, finger food and bite-sized versions of their signature dishes.

Hara Bhara Kebab: vegetarian kebabs made from a mixture of peas and spinach blended with a unique spice mixture.

Masala Kulka: tandoori bread infused with herbs and melted paneer cheese.

Chandni Chowk Ke Puchke: these golden brown balls of goodness were stuffed to the brim with a mixture consisting of potatoes, chickpeas and yogurt, offering a light and refreshing relief from many of the spice-infused dishes.

Chicken Samosas: a tried and true staple on any Indian menu, these crispy fried pastry packages concealed morsels of vegetables and spices that warmed the soul.

Masala Kulka: herbs, paneer cheese and a refreshing salad came wrapped in a blanket of tandoori bread to form what somewhat resembled miniature savoury ice cream cones.

Gulab Jamun: the cherry on top of the feast were these warm and fluffy dumplings, coated in a rose-infused syrup and topped with a sprinkling of coconut.
